Shipping
Standard delivery of in-stock items is 4 to 6 business days. Standard shipping is offered via United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS), depending upon your delivery address and your order type.
If you select an expedited delivery option we will ship in-stock items on the same business day on orders received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Orders received after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday or on a weekend or holiday will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your order, the shipping method you select and your delivery address. We currently ship only within the US.
Returns
Customers must notify us within 2 days of receipt of merchandise that they wish to return any merchandise. Click here to notify us of a return. The customer is responsible for a 5% restocking fee, all shipping costs, and any duty or tariff charges (see the restocking fee explanation below). Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
Any merchandise shipped from our location must be returned within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Restocking Fee
Why we charge a restocking fee:
There is a misconception that companies benefit from returns and restocking charges. We do not profit from returns; in fact, if an item is returned, it costs us money.
Here are a few reasons why returns cost us money:
- Credit card companies charge us transaction fees -- up to 4%, and are "non refundable" when a credit card is credited for an item returned.
- It takes us time to remove an item from inventory and package it, and then to receive the item and place it back into inventory.
- Some items are stored in our warehouse, and they have to be brought out and packaged, when returned, they must go back to storage.
- When returning a product, we will incur most of the above charges again for re-processing, repackaging and restocking.
Privacy
The Information We Collect
You provide specific personal information during the purchase of goods and/or services from ToddyOutlet.com. The information includes: your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, payment information and your interest in specific types of products and/or services. We may also collect certain non-personal information including the type of browser you are using (e.g. Firefox, Internet Explorer), the type of operating system you are using (e.g. Windows XP, Mac OSX) and the domain name of your Internet service provider (e.g. Comcast, Earthlink).
How We Use the Information
We use the information you provide about yourself to fulfill your order for our goods and/or services, to respond to your inquiries about your order and to notify you about the status of your order. From time to time we may also send additional information about our products and/or services in special promotional mailings to customers who opt-in to receive such mailings. If you wish to be removed from our mailing at any time please contact us. The non-personal information gathered may be used to improve the design and content of our site and in the aggregate to analyze site usage. We may disclose personal information in response to legal process (e.g. in response to a court order or subpoena). We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency's requests. And, finally, we may disclose personal information in response to a charge-back inquiry from our merchant bank about your payment for goods and/or services. We will not sell or transfer personally identifiable information provided to us to parties outside of our company except as described above.
